With emphasis on lab experiences and hands-on activities, students will develop skills in observation and analytical thinking. The study of biology is cross curricular and students will utilize math and chemistry throughout the course. They will investigate real-world applications in the fields of medicine, evolutionary studies and ecology. Students will build on prior knowledge in biology to acquire a deeper understanding of living organisms.
